Shodhritu पत्रिका उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली और मौलिक शोध सामग्री को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। वर्तमान में आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) आधारित टूल्स, जैसे कि ChatGPT, Bard, Copilot आदि, लेखन और शोध कार्य में उपयोग किए जा रहे हैं। इसलिए, यह आवश्यक हो गया है कि AI के उपयोग से संबंधित स्पष्ट नीति बनाई जाए।

नीति का उद्देश्य

इस नीति का उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि AI का उपयोग नैतिक रूप से और पारदर्शिता के साथ किया जाए, ताकि शोध की मौलिकता और विश्वसनीयता बनी रहे।

 AI-जनरेटेड कंटेंट से संबंधित दिशानिर्देश

स्वीकार्य उपयोग

लेखकों को निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में AI टूल्स का उपयोग करने की अनुमति है:

  • भाषा सुधार, व्याकरण जाँच, और प्रारंभिक ड्राफ्ट की संरचना के लिए।

  • डेटा विश्लेषण, अनुवाद, और ग्रंथ सूची निर्माण के सहायक उपकरण के रूप में।

  • AI टूल्स से प्राप्त जानकारी का उचित रूप से मानवीय समीक्षा और संपादन करने के बाद उपयोग।

अस्वीकार्य उपयोग

AI-जनित सामग्री निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी:

  • संपूर्ण शोध-पत्र या लेख को AI द्वारा तैयार करना और बिना किसी लेखक हस्तक्षेप के प्रस्तुत करना।

  • AI द्वारा बनाए गए डेटा, ग्राफ, या आँकड़ों को बिना स्रोत के प्रस्तुत करना।

  • AI-जनित कंटेंट को मौलिक शोध कार्य के रूप में प्रस्तुत करना।

 पारदर्शिता और घोषणा (AI Use Disclosure)

  • सभी लेखकों को अपने शोध-पत्र या लेख में स्पष्ट रूप से उल्लेख करना होगा कि उन्होंने AI टूल्स का उपयोग कहाँ और किस उद्देश्य से किया है।

  • पांडुलिपि के अंत में "AI Use Statement" जोड़ना अनिवार्य होगा। उदाहरण:

    "इस शोध में भाषा सुधार और प्रारंभिक ड्राफ्टिंग के लिए OpenAI के ChatGPT का उपयोग किया गया है। सभी अंतर्वस्तु की समीक्षा और संपादन लेखकों द्वारा किया गया है।"

मौलिकता और नैतिकता

  • सभी शोध पत्रों की मौलिकता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए Plagiarism (सामग्री चोरी) जाँच की जाएगी।

  • पत्रिका Turnitin, iThenticate या अन्य समान सॉफ़्टवेयर का उपयोग करेगी ताकि AI-जनित और प्लेज़राइज़ड सामग्री की पहचान की जा सके।

  • लेखकों को सत्यापित करना होगा कि उनका शोध मौलिक है और उन्होंने AI टूल्स का सहायक उपकरण के रूप में ही उपयोग किया है।

 दंडात्मक कार्रवाई

यदि किसी शोध-पत्र में उपरोक्त नियमों का उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो निम्नलिखित कार्रवाइयाँ की जा सकती हैं:

  1. शोध-पत्र को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा।

  2. यदि प्रकाशन के बाद उल्लंघन पाया जाता है, तो शोध-पत्र को वापस ले लिया जाएगा (Retraction Policy लागू होगी)।

  3. भविष्य में ऐसे लेखकों के शोध पत्रों को अस्वीकार करने पर विचार किया जा सकता है।


यह नीति सुनिश्चित करेगी कि Shodhritu पत्रिका में प्रकाशित सामग्री विश्वसनीय, नैतिक और शोध गुणवत्ता के उच्चतम मानकों का पालन करती हो। सभी लेखक, समीक्षक और संपादक इस नीति का पालन करने के लिए बाध्य होंगे।

Shodhritu journal is committed to promoting high-quality and original research. With the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Copilot, etc., in writing and research, it is essential to establish a clear policy regarding the use of AI-generated content.

Objective of the Policy

The objective of this policy is to ensure that AI is used ethically and transparently while maintaining the originality and credibility of research.

Guidelines on AI-Generated Content

 Acceptable Use

Authors are permitted to use AI tools under the following conditions:

  • For language enhancement, grammar checks, and structuring initial drafts.

  • As an assistive tool for data analysis, translation, and bibliography creation.

  • When AI-generated information is thoroughly reviewed and edited by the authors.

Unacceptable Use

AI-generated content will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the entire research paper or article is generated by AI without human intervention.

  • If AI-generated data, graphs, or statistics are presented without proper sources.

  • If AI-generated content is falsely claimed as original research.

Transparency and Declaration (AI Use Disclosure)

  • All authors must explicitly mention where and how AI tools were used in their research papers or articles.

  • It will be mandatory to add an "AI Use Statement" at the end of the manuscript. Example:

    "In this research, OpenAI's ChatGPT was used for language improvement and initial drafting. All content has been reviewed and edited by the authors."

Originality and Ethics

  • All research papers will be checked for originality using plagiarism detection tools.

  • The journal will use Turnitin, iThenticate, or similar software to identify AI-generated and plagiarized content.

Disciplinary Actions

If any violation of the above rules is found, the following actions may be taken:

  1. The research paper will be rejected.

  2. If a violation is found after publication, the paper will be retracted (Retraction Policy will apply).

  3. Future submissions from the concerned authors may be disqualified.
